Retreats for Women In 2026
Make your plans now to attend a retreat at beautiful Longlea Conference Center. Retreats begin on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. and end on Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
Choose a date to register. Reservations require a deposit of $50 that are paid through the retreat pages below.

Please note, to ensure recollection for all present we are able to accommodate a limited number of infants per retreat. We will contact you, if we cannot meet your request.
2026 ROOM RATES
$525 for singles with private bath.
$475 for singles with shared bath.
$400 for double room with shared baths.
Changes and Cancellations Policy
Refunds are in the form of coupons only. The coupon can be applied to another event until December 31, 2026.
Changes: Coupons are issued, for the amount (or deposit) paid, for changes made more than 7 days prior to the start date of an event.
Cancellations: Coupons are not issued for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start date of an event.
A reconfirmation email will be sent to all attendees two weeks before the retreat. Kindly RSVP upon receipt or your place will be made available to another who is waitlisted.

Instructions for Women’s Activities Payments at Longlea
We appreciate your efforts to minimize the fees incurred with credit card payments. To avoid being charged fees, please pay by cash (on site), check or Zelle.
CHECKS
All check payments for events, books and donations can be mailed to the Longlea office at Longlea Conference Center, 5535 Security Circle, Boston, Virginia 22713. Please remember to add the event name and date in the MEMO.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
Each person who has registered online for a women’s event will have any balance due automatically charged to her credit card on the Tuesday following the end of the event. If this is acceptable, then no further payment action is needed.
The Payments QR code below can be used to pay your balance (NOT deposits, which must be made in the event registration page), or payment installments, from your bank account, or with a card different from the one used in online registration. If the balance is paid in this manner or with cash or check, inform Adriana Fregoso in order to stop the auto-payment [womensreservations@longlea.org or call (540) 547-4493].
